Grooming Services
Full Groom
A full groom includes a health and skin check, hygiene trim, and a hydrobath using high-quality shampoo and conditioner. The hydrobath uses warm, controlled water flow to penetrate the coat, helping to remove dirt, oil, and dead skin while supporting coat condition and deshedding.
This is followed by clipping and scissoring to breed standard or your preferred style.
Nail trimming and ear care are included as standard. Additional services are available, including deshedding treatments, mud masks, and blueberry facials.
For dogs with sensitive skin, we offer treatments designed to help reduce irritation and support overall coat condition.

Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that removes plaque, tartar, and bacteria using silent, high-frequency sound waves – with no anesthesia required. Unlike traditional scaling, it works without vibration, heat, or noise, making it ideal for dogs who may be anxious or sensitive to standard dental tools.
The ultrasonic waves create millions of tiny bubbles that reach deep below the gum line, helping to break down harmful bacteria where it’s often missed. This not only improves overall oral hygiene but also supports healthier gums and reduces the risk of more serious dental issues over time.
This stress-free treatment helps improve gum health, reduce bad breath, and prevent periodontal disease, all while being completely comfortable for your dog. For best results, it can be maintained regularly alongside a good at-home dental routine.
Puppy Intro
Our puppy introduction is designed for dogs starting from 12–16 weeks old, once vaccinations are complete.
This first visit includes a gentle hydrobath, brush-out, light hygiene tidy, nail trim, and ear care, all carried out in a calm and controlled environment.
The focus is on creating a positive experience, helping your puppy feel comfortable and confident for future grooming.
De-Shedding
This treatment is ideal for dogs that shed, particularly short-coated and double-coated breeds prone to ongoing hair loss.
Time is taken to thoroughly work through the coat using a specialist grooming glove and tools to gently loosen and lift dead hair before bathing. This not only helps remove excess coat more effectively, but also stimulates the skin and improves circulation. We then follow with a deep-cleansing hydrobath, using warm, high-pressure water combined with a professional de-shedding shampoo and conditioner. This process penetrates through the coat to the skin, helping to flush out loose undercoat, dirt, and debris far more effectively than a standard bath.
The coat is then carefully dried and blown out, allowing any remaining loose hair to be removed, leaving the coat lighter, cleaner, and more manageable. This treatment can significantly reduce shedding in the home when carried out regularly and helps maintain a healthier skin and coat.
An optional mud mask can be added to further enhance the results. Rich in natural minerals, the mud mask helps to draw out impurities, loosen any remaining dead coat, and deeply condition the skin and fur-leaving the coat feeling soft, refreshed, and revitalised with a healthy shine.
Ozone spa
An ozone dog spa is a therapeutic treatment that uses ozone-infused water, hydro-massage, heat, and aromatherapy to promote your dog’s physical and emotional wellbeing. It combines three natural elements –heat, water, and air to deliver a deep-cleansing, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience.
How it works
- Ozone-Infused Water: Ozone is generated and dissolved into warm spa water. When the ozone bubbles burst, they release ultrasonic waves that massage the dog’s skin and muscles.
- Hydrotherapy & Heat Therapy: The warm, bubbling water increases blood circulation, eases stiff joints, relieves pain from arthritis or fatigue, and accelerates tissue repair.
- Aromatherapy & Chromotherapy: Dog friendly essential oils and colour therapy lights are used to enhance relaxation and stress relief.
